- George Boston Rhynes: [Jail Presentation Ignored] Jail inmate problems ignored and no one seems to care on the council about another human being in our community. [Three times] Ignored on behalf of injured White Male. Valdosta-Lowndes County Need a real “NEWS MEDIA OUTLET.” One that will keep citizens informed and not deaf, dumb, and blind to the times and unable to make intelligent decisions.
