Valdosta City Charter of 1860 Disgraceful Document was removed in 2004.....

Valdosta, Georgia City Charter:  This document was displayed on the second floor of Valdosta City Hall leading into the Municipal Court Room of Judge Edwards that read,

Article 100, Section XI, “THAT THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL SHALL PASS ALL PROPER AND NECESSARY LAWS AND ORDINANCES FOR THE CONTROL OF SLAVES AND FREE PERSONS OF COLOR IN SAID TOWN AND SUPPRESS AND ABATE ALL NUISANCES ARRIVING FROM HOGS, DOGS, HORSES, OR OTHER STOCK STRAYING AT LARGE IN SAID TOWN, OR FROM OTHER CAUSES.”

President Barack Obama is the ONLY president in American or the world that cannot do any thing right in the eyes of (some) American Patriots and Christians. 

So when the history books the world over is written.  The truth will be shown how America relates to her darker citizens after 500 years!  Therefore we must thank God for allowing this hidden secret to be revealed in our times.  So do not become bitter in our struggle to become what our God wanted us to become on the world state of human existence “human beings.” 

These negative Americans will be as their fore parents in the 1700s.  That is images that neither their children nor their grandchildren will be proud of when their historical records are revealed.  So never allow yourselves to be seen as less than a human being with true love for all God created beings and this includes vegetation.  Peace and our God will bless everybody and thing equally!

[08-05]   INTEGRATED SEGREGATION:  “Local News Worthy Information ignored by Local Television, Newspapers, and Radio Stations from Public Meetings.  VCC Minutes dated date:  08-05-2010.  Why?

1. Ms Rachael Bradley:  Executive Director of Southside Recreation Center.  She thanked the Mayor and Council for their support and the word the Valdosta City Council had invested in our YOUNG PEOPLE.  Action:  Ignored by local press!  SEE MINUJTES!
2. George Boston Rhynes:  Disgraceful 1860 Charter was removed in 2004 because someone cared about people.  Local Media keeping citizen deaf, dumb, and blind by not reporting information from public meetings.  [A white Female]  Front teeth knocked, deep gouges on leg, mother contacted Rhynes, inmate was held in ICU for three days without mother, brother or children being informed.  [Retired Senior Master] in Fort Worth, Texas called suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.  [Georgia Open Records Act] not applicable to Sheriffs Department. [08-09]   INTEGRATED SEGREGATION:  “Local News Worthy Information ignored by Local Television, Newspapers, and Radio Stations from Public Meetings.  VCC Minutes dated date:  08-19-2010.  Why?

1. Roy E. Taylor:  Several Points concerning our community and should have been of value to the general public through our local “Television, Newspaper and Radio.  However ignored and citizens would have benefited by a fair reporting of this information.  SEE MINUTES!
2. George Boston Rhynes:  [Roy Taylor] was ignored at last meeting and local media should have published something to the general public covering the public meeting.  [Southside Director] Was ignored by local news media and citizens are a great lost.  [White Jail Female]  Was ignored by local news media from previous meeting.  [Whiteout Media]  Citizens have a right to know what takes place at public meetings.  SEE MINUTES!
3. [Tea Partiers Presentations] Are covered much better in local media during “Citizens to be Heard” than other citizens.  SEE MINUTES]

1. George Boston Rhynes:  [Jail Presentation Ignored] Jail inmate problems ignored and no one seems to care on the council about another human being in our community.  [Three times]  Ignored on behalf of injured White Male.  Valdosta-Lowndes County Need a real “NEWS MEDIA OUTLET.”  One that will keep citizens informed and not deaf, dumb, and blind to the times and unable to make intelligent decisions.  SEE MINUTES FOR MORE OMISSIONS.
2. John Robinson:  [Integrated Segregation] Implementing policies that not only discriminate against race but by class as well.  [Black Business Association and the City Manager]  Had asked the community to trust him along the lines of being fair towards Blacks and other small businesses and getting contracts etc.  [Double Agendas]  [Need for Money South of the Tracks], [City need to help find some mechanism], [Blacks represents 55% of City], [Blacks can redirect their funds], [Stop buying down town if there is no fairness], [We need ownership], [Participation needed from everyone], [City and County needs to work together], [No need for many agendas we just need to stop excluding certain people] SEE MINUTES FOR MORE OMISSIONS.
3. Ronald Jackson Sr.  [Solar Plant Presentation]  [Spoke of creative ideas and moving the city into the future]  [He spoke concerning the Gateway Project]  Community Trail of Tranquility among other concerns] SEE MINUTES FOR MORE OMISSIONS.

Georgia! and America''s "Integrated Segregation" of the 21st Centry!

Integrated Segregation In Our World!

Apparently Georgia is not fully “integrated.”  Therefore All of America may be better defined as “Integrated Segregation.”  A Middle Georgia Town just proved that what appeared to be a 100% integrated “City Council” at best was only “Integrated Segregation.”  So is this 1902 or 2010? 

A White City Councilman “John Williams” (White) said to a Black fellow City Councilman “Daron Lee Black” that; “He should be working in a cotton fields.”
