We see "Integrated Segregation" everywhere in American life today. In the 1960s America became integrated; but NOT interconnected to and with each other, along the lines of fairness, sharing the wealth from cities, counties and states equally. Therefore plantations remained the same. So without equal employment, and business opportunities ETC. Things will remain the same. Its all about sharing the money; and the power! So don't Fool yourself.

Valdosta City Charter of 1860 Disgraceful Document was removed in 2004.....

Valdosta, Georgia City Charter: This document was displayed on the second floor of Valdosta City Hall leading into the Municipal Court Room of Judge Edwards that read,

Article 100, Section XI, “THAT THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL SHALL PASS ALL PROPER AND NECESSARY LAWS AND ORDINANCES FOR THE CONTROL OF SLAVES AND FREE PERSONS OF COLOR IN SAID TOWN AND SUPPRESS AND ABATE ALL NUISANCES ARRIVING FROM HOGS, DOGS, HORSES, OR OTHER STOCK STRAYING AT LARGE IN SAID TOWN, OR FROM OTHER CAUSES.”
